At my job, I’m constantly on the phone and I lead a team to deliver IT projects. Many times I struggle with how to get the best of my team. How do I motivate them and/or coach them for success.
One of my workplace “coaches” provided me with a link that was so helpful that I wanted to share it with you.
Of course many of the ideas expressed on the “All things Workplace” are common sense, but many make you think!
Tale a look and tell me what you think: All Things Workplace
Thanks to my friend and coach Mike F.. for sharing this wonderful site with me.

I found this post (and linked article) interesting in that the most important question is how to effectively deal with employees. The “All Things Workplace” post parallels some of the same tools used in “The Theory of 3 Personality Types” that managers can utilize to in order to get the best results. Not only for you, the manager, but for your “crew” as well. By understanding these three basic types you will be able to lead the team effectively because you will know who will work together in the most cohesive manner. After all, isn’t that what a good manager strives for?
If I may, here are a couple of links that you may find useful.

An fascinating discussion is value comment. I believe that you must write more on this subject, it might not be a taboo subject but generally people are not sufficient to speak on such topics. To the next. Cheers
